Colleagues, regular users and visitors.

Please be aware that in line with the administrators Policy Statement activity on the bulletin board is monitored and as regular users will be aware, inappropriate posts are removed as soon as it is realised that they are inappropriate. Those users are then banned from making further posts.

In recent months a number of users have registered and have never completed the registration process by activating their accounts.

More recently a user registered, activated their account, posted a number of innocuous messages and then some weeks later added an inappropriate website tag to the user profile, that user has been now been banned from making further posts.
